- Exhibiting artists do not need to be currently living in the Boston area to participate in this exhibition, but are responsible for the shipping and delivery of work to SoWa (both logistics and shipping fees in both directions), as well as deinstallation/pickup.
- The MassArt x SoWa team will install the exhibition, but artists who have complex or highly specific installation procedures should plan to participate in the process, or to send a skilled representative. Artists who prefer to install their own work during gallery installation hours are welcome to do so. Selected media artists with single-channel time-based works need only submit a high-bitrate .mp4 file via Google Drive.

SHIPPING
Artists who ship work are responsible for all shipping costs in both directions. Work must be shipped with a guaranteed arrival date of Tuesday, October 17 or earlier. Work not in the gallery at this time will not be included in the exhibition. Massart x SoWa discourages the use of FedEx as a shipping service, based on past issues. The gallery suggests waiving the direct signature requirement on package deliveries to ensure timely receipt. Please include a pre-paid return shipping label in the package, and send the tracking number via email to gradprogram@massart.edu. Artists assume all shipping-related risks. Please send artwork to:
