GRADUATE ADVISING

Academic advising for Graduate and Post-baccalaureate students is provided by Graduate Program Directors. The Graduate Programs Office supports graduate advising, reviewing student program evaluations and progress through the program requirements.

MASSART SELF-SERVICE

Students are able to register and check their progress through the program, grades, and bills online via MassArt’s Self-Service system. Students login to Self-Service with their MassArt NetID and password.

MASSART EXPERIENCE PORTAL

Students may want to bookmark the MassArt Experience portal in their web browsers. This provides students’ course schedules and links to Self-Service, MassArt email, the academic calendar and other resources in one place. Students may also add their own most useful links.

REGISTRATION

Graduate Registration information is posted on MassArt’s college website. After their first semester, students will be notified of the dates that they may register online for the following term. Students will then register through the Self-Service system. For questions regarding registration and use of Self-Service, contact Registrar Jonathan Rand, jrand@massart.edu.

PROGRESS

Students contact their Program Director to discuss their program course selection and elective choices at any time during the semester, and in particular, prior to registration each term. Students may also contact Nadia Savage, nsavage@massart.edu, in the Graduate Programs Office if they have questions about registration process. Nadia can also assist with questions about students’ progress in Self-Service.
