MassArt Alumni Paul Belenky (MFA ’17, 2D) is offering a 350 sq. ft. studio workspace for rent in Waltham, MA, available for immediate move-in. This space is ideal for artists, designers, or creative professionals looking for a dedicated and inspiring work environment. The rent for half of the space is $400 per month, while the full studio is available for $775 per month.
The new tenant will have the option to either rent the entire space or find a studio partner to share it. Off-street parking is included, and while power is covered in the rent, heat is an additional cost.

STUDIO ASSISTANTS REQUIRED // BRIAN MURPHY STUDIO 405
Brian Murphy is a SOWA-based artist, creating whimsical art described as linear humor in wire.
He is currently looking for an assistant to help me through the summer and possibly beyond. This is a paid position of approximately eight hours a week at twenty dollars an hour. Part of the job would be to help him in the creative process and to help maintain the studio space. Looking for a candidate that could move relatively heavy pieces weighing approximately 50-60 pounds and can climb ladders.
You can also visit the studio on any Sunday 12-5 and the first Friday of the month.
