As you already know, MassArt has gone Google. In addition to using Gmail for our email client MassArt Community members have selection of Google Apps at their disposal.

With Google Drive, you and your students can easily collaborate on documents, spreadsheets, and slide-show presentations. Docs are stored securely in the cloud where anyone you share them (but only those people) with can work on them—either individually or all at the same time.

You also have access to Google Sites. This is a quick and easy way to build websites. You can easily add other MassArt users to a site for collaborative work.
