Do You Want a Locker?

Art Education Students:

Important Student Teaching Announcement

To all students considering doing their student teaching in Spring 2008 or Fall 2008:

Come to the student teacher placement orientation meeting
on Monday, September 17, 5:30 – 6:30 PM in South 109.
(Lois will stay until about 7:15 p.m. for those who have a class until 6:30.)

Lois Hetland, Placement Coordinator for MassArt Student Teaching, needs to know who is getting ready to student teach in 2008, both spring and (next) fall terms. You’ll get a Student Teaching Handbook, fill out an information form about needs and preferences for your placement, and have time to ask questions. The placement process happens throughout the term before you student teach, and it often involves several school visits and conversations with potential supervising teachers. This meeting is the kick off for setting up spring-term placements, and we’ll also bring fall 2008 placements into view.

See you on Monday!
(Please contact Lois Hetland at Lois.Hetland@massart.edu or x7528, if you are considering student-teaching in spring or fall 2008 but are unable to attend the meeting.)
