CATS Academy, a private school in Newton, is seeking a an advanced  undergraduate or graduate student or an Art Education graduate to teach three classes per week:  Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 2:00-2:45.

The school does not have an art program or art classrooms yet, so they want to start with drawing classes  and possibly watercolor painting.  They want to grow an art program in the future.

CATS Academy has 40 students, from all over the world. CATS education originates in England; the CATS Academy in Newton is the first American campus.  Please see the school’s website for more about the CATS philosophy and mission.
