In our first try, we started to rule out the different food waste materials that couldn’t work. However, throughout our process of making the bag team, CantaLeather made sure that all of the processes of discovering new materials and adhesives would be done using scientific methods of deduction. Throughout the process, the team annotated the exact decisions made so that they could be made into a formula that could be reproduced.
