- Who (presenting organization, artists/performers, and clear contact information)
- What
- When (include YEAR!)
- Where
- Why!?!?!?
- Generally send press releases out 6 – 8 weeks before event to specific reviewers/writers/critics/bloggers.
- Online calendar listings should be done a month in advance but can be done 2 weeks in advance.
- Explain why the reader should care! What is your pitch?
