Each of the yellow stars represents one of our alumni teaching at one of the schools  in the town where the star is located. In some cases, such as Boston, there are too many alumni to indicate by separate stars, so the number is shown in a large star.

The research for this map was done in AY 2011-2012  by Deborah Simmerman, Administrative Assistant  of the department for thirty years, with assistance from Julie Blauss, Art Education major and work/study student.  Kyle Brock, Studio Manager, and Rose Grushkin, Art Education senior and work/study student, assisted with creating the map.  The alumnae information has been updated in AY 2012-2013.
