Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School seeks a qualified Visual Art Teacher for the 2014-2015 school year.
This position is to fill in for staff on leave.  Applicants must have a current Massachusetts teaching license in Visual Art grades 5-12.  The ideal candidate would have skill and experience in teaching two or more of these disciplines: Metal Arts, Art Foundation, Digital Photography, and Digital Imaging (Adobe Photoshop). Art Education Position Announcement

The School of Art at Illinois State University seeks a three-quarter time, non-tenure-track lectureship in Art Education to begin August 15, 2014 with the possibility of renewal for a second year.  The successful candidate will have the ability to teach theory and methods at the undergraduate and graduate levels.  Responsibilities include teaching three courses per term encompassing topics such as Art for Elementary Schools, Art for Diverse Populations, Technology for Public Schools, and appropriate graduate level topics.  The supervision of student teachers may be assigned in place of one course, and can involve travel around the state.  Committee service is not expected.  The salary is consistent with non-tenure-track assignments within the School of Art and includes 75% benefits.  For details, see: www.hr.illinoisstate.edu/prospective/benefits.
