Damien Barneschi
Damian Barneschi (BFA 2006, MSAE candidate), art teacher at Lexington High School, is also a “pizza obsessive” according to an article on the food website Serious Eats. Here you can read an interview with Damian about his childhood pizza memories, his opinions on pizza toppings and best pizza places in the Boston area and beyond, and his own pizza making experiences. Most unusual topping he’s eaten? Clams. Things that should never go on a pizza? Lobster and caviar. “I’m totally in the camp with those who believe that the better the pizza is, the fewer toppings it needs to have, ” he says. ” Margheritas with fresh, high quality ingredients are always fantastic.”
