Majors Orientation Day September 7

Dear Art Education Students:

Welcome back to MassArt. I am looking forward to another great year working, making, and teaching with you. All of the faculty and staff eagerly anticipate another year filled with new discoveries, challenges, opportunities and learning.

We’ll be gathering in the Arnheim Gallery as a department on Wednesday, September 7th, from 9:00 am – 12:00 noon for our majors orientation. All students need to attend unless you are presently in an internship. Students new to the department will be introduced to faculty and staff. All of you will get a chance to get to learn more about each other and your faculty. If you’re in a Portfolio section, you’ll be assigned your studio space. And, you’ll get a free lunch!

See you in a few days.

Best regards,

Dan Serig, Ed.D.
Chair and Associate Professor of Art Education
