Calling all Caricature Artists!  Chelsea Community Schools, will be hosting a city-wide Halloween Celebration on Sunday, October 30 from 4-6pm.  Three volunteer artists are needed to spend the afternoon drawing children in their Halloween costumes! 

The event will be held at the Williams Building, 180 Walnut Street, in Chelsea, MA and is easily accessible by MBTA.
