Tina McDermott (BFA 2011) is teaching at Mountain Valley Community School in Portland, Oregon.  Her students are home schooled and range in age from 3 to 11.

Before re-locating to Oregon, Tina taught digital photography at the Explo summer program in Southboro, MA.

Tina credits the community work she did at MassArt through the Center for Art and Community Partnerships (CACP) with helping her get her job, and she recommends that other Art Education majors work with CACP.
