Please accept my congratulations
to all the Art Education students who submitted work for and /or who
exhibited in the All School Show a few weeks back. So many folks from
within and outside the Department noted how thoughtful and forward
thinking the work was. Folks marveled at the quality and the diversity.
You all are to be congratulated and wished well!

On another
note, please be in touch with your advisors regarding summer course
sign up. Please make sure you and your advisor agree that taking a
course in the summer will slide nicely into your tallies and most
importantly, count towards the degree! At MassArt you may take Critical
Studies courses, studio courses and the Art Ed course Portfolio this
summer, if you need such.

Best wishes as you wrap up your work for the year via papers, reviews,
journals, pre-practica work, exhibitions and more. The evidence of your
commitment and engagement is all around us so keep your heads above
water and talk to us rather than stress!
