Our alumna Hillary Douglas will be leaving her teaching  position at Zia Middle School in Las Cruces, New Mexico, in order to go to graduate school.

She says the position will be open  for applicants sometime in June through lcps.k12.nm.us.  Hillary has taught at Zia Middle School for four years and thinks it would be a great opportunity for a student graduating from the Art Education program “who is looking to work with a unique population, in an often overlooked, but beautiful and affordable part of the country.”
