Participate in an innovative volunteer program at an elementary school in Cambridge. Cambridge School Volunteers (CSV) is currently recruiting volunteers for one or two hours/week. There are immediate openings for the following volunteer opportunities in ART:

• Classroom support needed for K-8 art classes – Tuesday through Friday mornings. Location: between Harvard and Porter Squares.

• Explorations in Art with Kindergarten students. A child-centered curriculum incorporating the delight of discovering materials, developing skills and inventing new ways to create. Thursdays, 12:25 -1:25 pm. A bilingual volunteer, speaking both Mandarin/English, is needed for this immersion classroom. Location: short walk from Harvard Square.

• Morning support for art classroom. 8:00-9:00 am. Location: short walk from Harvard Square.

• Assist in K-8 Art classrooms. Monday and Thursday morning; Tuesday and Thursday afternoon. Location: Cambridgeport

• K-8 Art classroom assistance needed. Tuesday between 9:00 and 12:00 pm; Thursday and Friday between 9:00 and 3:00 pm. Location: short walk from Harvard Square.
