These plexiglass crystal forms are meant to be in large scale. Eventually, for my final thesis, there will be hundreds of these crystal forms as a forest background in my habitat. These plexiglass crystal forms were cut from sheet plexiglass, then I scarified them with my disk sander and belter grinder with a very coarse grit. I glued the shaped pieces together, and I did the final sanding and scarification on each finished piece. They will vary in size from two feet tall up to eight feet tall. Some of them will have branches or outcroppings. The crystals will transform into tree forms. The lighting will be placed underneath the crystals according to the various gemstone colors of the Foundation of the New Jerusalem wall. The color of the lights will be sapphire blue, topaz blue, emerald green, chalcedony pinkish blue, amethyst purple, jasper red with black marble, beryl yellow green, jacinth black with red, sardius earthen red, sardonyx swirl of red-black-white marble, chrysolite light green, chrysopase aqua green.
