In A Blink of An Eye
My artworks examine human contacts or detachments, with an element of time. Relationships are reciprocal, the concept of implied communication can set the stage for great conjectures and speculations. Time can alter the message. Lateness or punctuality might change things irreversibly as time does not wait.
These paintings linger as snapshots in our mind. Frozen and unchanged, the gestures and interactions unaltered and unyielding, A shift of body movements can change an action to a reaction but here they are, wishes we desire to keep or instants we cannot obliterate in our memory. The works can be shown individually or in pairs as diptychs.
