I am interested in the astounding textures; layers and light present in the landscape, and use my artwork to become better acquainted with the world. The resulting artworks create formal relationships between the man-made and natural worlds, and create an environment that dislocates the viewer through the exclusion of grounding elements. The effect is an invention of space that acts as a silent place of contemplation.
