Clouds
The clouds are made out of wood. Cotton rope suspends them from the ceiling. The sun is placed on a pulley for anyone to raise or lower.
The clouds represent the changing shapes of clouds in the sky, and call to mind ships with masts floating in space. They are asymmetrical, and caught in the moment of constant transformation.
Digital Collages
These images are collages made from images of my daily walks in my neighborhood. I seek to change the prosaic place into an extraordinary one and fill the mundane with feeling.
