Metal is my primary medium and I am drawn to it because of its (relative) permanence, but also because it is endlessly recyclable.
I’m thinking about how biodegradable materials that have shorter life cycles can be incorporated into the work and bring attention to the way we interact with the natural world.
I’m also exploring what it means to be creating wearable objects that live in the gallery spaces, publicly on the street, as well as in private spaces.
