“All text pages are printed on Arches 88 Silk Screen paper made in France. The images are printed on photographic paper. The images and text are printed using an Epson Stylus Photo R2880 inkjet printer. The text is Myriad Pro. Each book is presented in a lacquer and composite box made by craftsmakers in Hanoi, Vietnam. The composite and lacquer box is contained in a handmade silk bag made by Vietnamese-American women working at the Southeast Asian Coalition in Worcester, MA. The silk was handwoven in Van Village near Hanoi”–Page 7.
