3 pages cut-out in the shape of unassembled boxes, illustrated with 2 color typographical designs and illustrations printed on vellum paper. The pages are attached on one end with two staples along a perforated edge. The cover is a long folded cardboard cut-out in the shape created by the assembled pages, folded on the edge opposite the stapled pages. The enclosure is a large rubber band and a small folded flap of the cardboard cover.
